Breakfast was delicious and lobby very cozy with beautiful view. Only negative is one computer....not easily available and a fee. Most hotels provide free internet. ... Great location, terrific value . Is definitely worth a return visit!

The manager was very nice when he greeted us. ... We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hotel Italie & Suisse. The room was very clean and we liked the hotel's proximity to the lake boats and train station as we arrived by train. There were taxis waiting at the station to take us to the hotel. I had stayed at the hotel some years ago and enjoyed it and that is why we chose Hotel Italie & Suisse this time. It is a very beautiful and relaxing area with no hugh crowds ... We had no problems checking out. ... I think your web site is good. ... A very good place to stay.

This is our second stay at this hotel. We love the location, the convenience and the charm of the facility. The breakfast room is bright and cheery and the entire staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were a large party of six and we were treated very kindly. We will be back again. ... Quaint, charming. Excellent location. Clean. Friendly and accommodating staff.
